Bread Rolls and yeast experiments.

Um this is a photo of the bread rolls we made.... But they were so good they didn't stick around for the photo!
Oh well.
We also blew up balloons by putting rising agents (yeast, soda or baking powder) in a bottle and placing the balloon over the top.
What made it rise? What gas was it?
